You need to renew your passport. UKVI standard is 6 months validity minimum.

Another question since my passport is not up to 6months before it expires . I will do a new passport. But my worries is that I have already filled my application form online and summited but I have not picked a date . I intend to pick a date after my new passport is out .

In my application form I wrote my current passport number and details . How will I now defend the new passport ? And I currently have other countries visa on my passport . So what should I do? .. I don't know if my new passport will have a different number my current passport ? Hope they will not say I didn't use my new passport number for my application ?

I have a question . I want to apply for a uk visa . All my documentation to support my application are ready . My proposed travel is during Easter that in March . Is it too late to book an interview date for my visa application in February ? My major question is that my passports expires on the 16 of July . Can I still u the passport to apply or do a new passport ,note I still have other countries visa on my passport that are not even closed to been expired kindly advise

during my visa interview last I was asked were I was going to stay in the states and I said Dallas and I also said my reason for traveling which I was honest about "vacation and shop for my wedding " . So at my Poe in iah I was ask same question ,which I answered correctly. I only stayed in Dallas for 10days ,did my shopping and returned back to naija . Now my question . I wanna go on a vacation to newyork for 8days,at my Poe in JFK will I not be asked why I am not visiting dallas? Why I am not yet married? My finance lost his mum so we had to move the wedding till sept this year. Now my question ,will I not be asked why am not yet married since my last reason for been in the states was to shop for my wedding ? Will dey nor ask how come am flying to Nyc since I have relatives in Dallas ?

I applied for a uk tourist visa in 2008 , I was refused ,at the time I did that application I was a student in uni . Now I want to apply for a tourist visa for 7days , when filling the form online , there was a question they asked , have you ever been refused a uk visa . I clicked YES. Now

Please enter details of the type of refusal and reason for refusal?

I can't remember what the reason was 'whether it was insufficient funds from sponsor or not . To be honest I can't remember .the only thing I have is the refusal stamp with a number .

Kindly advise the best way to answer that question

I earn about 905.32pounds a months but after tax it's about 750pounds a monthly .and my contribution is 150,000naira monthly and we do not have a contribution agreement , maybe I will need to draft the agreement just to support it in my application , do u know how I can write it in my cover letter .

I actually intend to travel for just 3days 24th night then arrive uk 25th then live 28th , but am thinking will the vo not think is too short ?

Since it's a public holiday in Nigeria and I don't wanna apply for a leave so I intend to state it in my application that I will be off work since it's a public holiday and attach a letter of introduction from my office saying am a full employee of the organization .

I have gone tru every single post on this session . I have a few questions .

1)I intend to apply for a uk visa and I am currently doing a contribution at work with my colleague and I intend to print my statement after they all paid , because it my turn to take it . I want to explain it in a cover letter , can I also include the chat of the whatsapp group of the contribution were it clearly should when we chat about who turn it is? Can you kindly advise how I can explain my contribution (Ajo/Osusu)

2) duration of the trip is 3days and my budget is 800pounds, but I feel it's too much for just a 3days trip ? Should I reduce the budget . Includes return ticket from Nigeria to the uk, hotel for 3 nights , feeding , local transportation(train), and tourism

3) in the form how much do you earn is it salary before tax or after tax?

4) applying for a tourist visa for 3days (for Easter )is it too short? Knowing very well I have never been to the uk , but I have a good travel history even still have a current US visa in my passport .
