franchasng:
No, all Honda, Nissan, Ford, Mazda, Kia, Hyundai, Volkswagen, Benz, Range Rover, Land Rover and Volvo cars have no second hand value in Nigeria due to Nigerian people's herd mentality.

The only car brands that have good second hand value in Nigeria are:

Toyota cars and some SUVs
Lexus
Some Mercedes Benz, emphasis on some
Benz C240 2011/2015. Very nice easy going mob

Celebrities › Re: Pato Laments, Opens Up On What Adult Film Actors Really Earn In Nigeria by Bunky: 9:13pm On Sep 11
Kingzjayzee:
Nigerian adult film actor Pato has given fans a glimpse into the financial reality of the adult entertainment industry, disclosing that performers may not be earning as much as many people assume.

Pato opened up about the subject during an interview with Tall Lizy TV, where he addressed questions about how much adult film actors are paid for their work.

According to him, discussing the figures can sometimes be embarrassing because of how low the payments are.

Pato explained that the money involved in some productions is far from what outsiders might expect.

“When they ask me how much we are being paid, I feel ashamed to tell them. The money they pay us is very poor,” he said.

The actor disclosed that his highest payment for a production was close to N500,000, but that particular job took place in Ghana.

His experience in Nigeria, he said, has been considerably different.

“In Nigeria, the highest, I was paid is N200k to N250k,” Pato stated.

But there is an even more striking figure.

Pato claimed that he receives about N50,000 for one video, offering a different picture of the financial side of an industry that often attracts significant attention online.

His disclosure has provided an unusual look at the earnings of performers in Nigeria’s adult entertainment space, particularly as many people may assume that viral online content automatically translates to huge paydays.

Watch the X video of King Pato speaking about his earnings below:

REACTIONS TRAIL PATO'S VIDEO ON ADULT INDUSTRY EARNINGS

@mattlawo stated: "Why not just go and do normal [expletive] work and charge the 50k? Why would you allow anyone pay you 50k to have [expletive] on camera? Are these guys that stupid?"

@OloyeCaesarEZe noted: "50k per video multiply by 5 videos a day=250k That's what they tell them u can make 250k a Day by shooting 5 videos or episode of 45mins each,so if they appear on set for 10 or 15 videos a week they will get roughly 500k-750k ,shey hook up no pay like this? Or agbero work."

Family › Re: He Wants To Buy A Keke For His Elder Brother In Nigeria by Bunky: 5:31pm On Sep 11
wirinet:
That's the bane of modern Nigerian societies - selfishness. We are talking about family. A family is supposed to be the basic unit of any society. The meaning of family is a group of people often related by blood, who pool resources to advance the wellbeing and security of entire members of that group. The junior brother did not succeed by himself, it took sacrifice and support from other members of his family to get him educated and travel to another country. The parents might have invested in the junior brother hoping he will help other members of the family to succeed, who in turn will help others. That's how Arabs, Jews, Indians, Pakistanis, grow their family units and take over businesses wherever they go. In Nigeria once we make it, with the help of our family, the same family immediately becomes our enemy.
It's an insult for the junior brother to see keke business as the business befitting his senior brother. Its an abomination to ask his junior brother to become his employee, by him remitting N100,000 per week, N400,000 per month, N4.8 million per year. (Not even hire purchase).
Why can't he offer to help his senior brother without anything attached? Maybe sponsor one or two of his children to school or abroad? Typical Nigerian family that doesn't want other members of his family to succeed as him.
long story. His UK brother might just want to see seriousness and accountability. If you travel out of Nigeria, it will be hard for you to do favours without accountability
Family › Re: He Wants To Buy A Keke For His Elder Brother In Nigeria by Bunky:
Factcheck0001:
it is u who don't understand how money works

If he buys for his brother n collects 100k weekly, in the long run it will cause feud within the family if the brother defaults for long.

On the other hand, if he doesn't buy it n his brother or his brothers children needs an emergency he will still be d one to foot d bills.

If I were to b d UK guy, I will tell my brother I took a loan for him to buy d Keke n it will take me 3 years to pay back the loan.

Then I will give it to him for free with agreement from every member of the family that I won't collect a dime back from him n he shouldn't bother me with anything again.

On that note u have killed 2 birds with one stone, empower the brother n also save yourself from constant calling for billing
the default is what the UK brother wants to hold him accountable for his action. It's a two way thing, and that's how to place favours. If you do well we kiss you and draw you close. If you blow it up, you ar gone forever

He went too far. When it comes to family members (especially immediate ones), it is disgusting to monitize the help.

It is either you are helping with no strings attached or you are not.
it gonna be hard to get rich with this mind set. He should give him the Keke free without accountability, abi ? So the same brother will come back few years with another story of can you borrow me

Romance › Re: I Almost Scrolled Past Her Facebook Post… Until I Noticed The Comments by Bunky: 2:17pm On Sep 06
Pukkalolo:
One lady uploaded her picture on Facebook. The picture was sexy. As expected, the moment she posted it, a tsunami of male compliments flooded on the comment section.

The compliments started flying:

“Wow, that's my beautiful baby. You look cute.”

“Cuteness overload!”

“Absolutely amazing. Looking so beautiful.”

“What a beauty!”

“So pretty. 💕”

“So adorable! ❤️”

And the lady was replying everybody with the same thing:
“Thank you.”
“Thank you.”
“Thank you.”
“Thank you.”

At this point, the comment section was basically a "Thank-You Convention angry

Then one dude came in and decided to be different.

He dropped: “I love your beautiful eyes. You and I will make cute kids.”

Surely, this one should work… but I was wrong

She still replied: “Thank you.”

I'm sure the guy was disappointed. He probably typed that comment expecting her to blush, fall in love, and start planning their children's names. Instead… he also got “Thank you.”
Pain. cry

Then another rugged-looking dude came along. This guy decided he was not going to make the same mistake. He decided to be completely different.

He commented: “I dodge am joor. I refuse to fall in love with this your tempting picture.”

Omo. That line was different. cheesy cheesy cheesy

In my mind, I was like: “Wow! This guy cooked. Let me see her response.”

The moment he dropped that line, there was almost an earthquake. The pillars of the earth shook. The birds stopped flying.
Somewhere, Mark Zuckerberg probably paused whatever he was doing. Because surely...

THIS ONE MUST GET A DIFFERENT RESPONSE. We waited.

She replied: “Lolz, thank you.”

WAIT. That's it?
“Lolz, thank you.” embarassed

The man brought his A-game and still received the same customer-service response. At that point, I felt his pain through the screen.

But at least she spice his Thank you with "Lolz"... tongue

Anyway...

I was scrolling through the post too.
I saw the picture. Looked at the comments. And kept scrolling. I rarely comment on a woman's picture on social media. But something caught my attention.

So I scrolled back. She has that baddie look... She look like Ayra Starr.

So I dropped a completely different kind of comment: “Amazing! Ayra Starr won't find this picture funny.”

Immediately... She replied: “Ayra Starr? How?”

I said: “You look similar to the singer in two weird ways.”

She replied: “Weird ways? How? Tell me.”

I said: “Sure... I'll tell you. But not in front of this crowd.”

A few minutes later… She inboxed me.

Now… Let that sink in.

The other guys were competing to give her the most beautiful compliment.

One told her she was beautiful. Another told her she was adorable. Another practically proposed having cute children. Another created a whole poetic declaration about refusing to fall in love.

And what did they get? “Thank you.”

But somehow… My stupid little Ayra Starr comment made her curious enough to move into my inbox.

Now you might be thinking:

“Okay, Pukka... I get it. But what's your point?” undecided

Chill.

I'm not here to teach you how to compliment women.

Because here's something I've learned:

There is no magical compliment that automatically makes a woman interested in you.

The bigger question isn't always: “What did you say?” it's: “WHO said it?”

The same acts can come from two different guys… And she'll value one and despise the other.

Because people don't respond only to what you do. They respond to who they perceive you to be.

You can be the nicest guy to a woman. But if she doesn't really rate you or desire you… then your nice act is totally useless to her in her mind:

Let's take two old Nollywood actors as an example: Emeka Ike and Jim Iyke.

If you watched Nollywood back then, you already know the characters they often played. Emeka Ike frequently played the soft, romantic, nice guy. While Jim Iyke played The confident, rebellious, bad-boy character.

Now imagine both characters doing the exact same romantic gesture for the same woman.

Emeka Ike walks up to woman and says:
“I brought this for you.”

Some fellas watching the movie would be like:
“Omo, this guy is simping.” undecided

Then Jim Iyke does exactly the same thing.
Suddenly fellas be like:
“Awwwn. So this guy is actually romantic.” kiss

Same gesture. Different man.
One gets labelled simp. The other gets labelled romantic.

Think about Cain and Abel.

Both brought offerings to God.
Abel’s own was accepted. Cain’s own was rejected.
It wasn’t simply because Abel’s offering was better. It was because God already rate Abel highly… and did not rate Cain the same way.
The offering doesn't matter. The man presenting it is what mattered.

Before you start being nice to a woman
Ask yourself one hard question:
Does she already rate me? Does she already desire me?

Because if she doesn’t, your niceness will not change her mind.
you write all this. Mehhn

Health › Re: Why Do I Eat So Much And Still Don't Add Weight by Bunky: 7:11pm On Aug 27
Evaress:
I swear i can measure 7 cups of rice and finish it in just one day and i can't still add one pound of flesh. Someone who sees me will think i'm not eating well but thats the reverse case.

This is how i eat; Because i work remotely so i'm always indoors. When i finish cooking like 11am in the Morning, i dish out the food in my plate, a huge portion. After eating that, i rest for like 30min then i go back to the Pot to dish out another portion again. After eating the second time, i rest again for like 2 hours then i go back to dish out a third portion again. Before its 6pm,the food has almost finished and i still crave for more.

Why do i eat like this? Could it be caused by boredom and idleness? Its making me spend a lot on food. 7 cups no fit last me for 2 days again. .

Funny thing is when a guy takes me out, i go just dey form. Order very small light meal. The guy will be like "will that be enough for you? Its too small na". grin
