When you think of these things you will realize why most stable countries have long term presidents/ head of government/ King and supreme leaders. Morocco, Old Libya Iran, UK, China and most Arab nations are using the same pattern. Even France strategically have 5 years to ensure each French President have the diplomatic advantage to eclipse at least 2 presidents with a 4 year term in Africa, thereby securing their interests.

TO really make changes and consolidate power, you need years beyond the 4 years, Democracy has being practiced will offer.
