You can send WU out of Nigeria in first bank with or without a first bank account. I did that last month to china and I had no acct with FB. Just tell them the dollar amount u r sending and they ll give you naira amount you ll b paying. Go early before 10am cos it took me the third day before I was able to send REASON: they had exceeded the amount of transaction for the day. 1 Like |

Had this kind of argument with Amma couple days ago. I simply believe marriage is recognised when the parents of the two parties consent to the union. Any body outside if such is just to satisfy the need to be applauded,talk about or just for a space on personal accomplishment list. Be it church,mosque or court.They are all external entity. I only suggested cos it doesn't cost much. one doesn't wait till u get 100% reassurance u just give it a go .
