well it is known that only postpaid and data sim lines are on their 3G network. (also probably members of their staff.) That means prepaid lines can experience the EDGE speed and thats just the limit they gat.

It also means they are the only ones that can do video calls also.

It was actually made for laptops and PCs; launched in september 2008; then it was introduced to mobile phone users officially as a product for them in November 2008.

I also cald CC abt a month or 2 ago & dey said NO

First of all the E220 was just released not over a year ago and I dont recall a 3G data card white in colour (it was first in celtel colours, then black) I use the black one. Calling the CC wont give u valid info as it were as half the population of the CC now are green horns. Go to the shop and ask, then u can build up from there. . . . . .

send 'SUB' as sms to 791 (registration billed at N100).

Then dial 791 with ur password to buy any tone of ur choice for N100 each. No matter how many tones you have on ur line, u are billed N100 monthly unlike others that billed u monthly N100 for each tone

no they dont!! EDGE is over double the speed of GPRS whether you like it or not

It sure does depend on the area u find urself and also how many customers are browsing at that precise moment u are in that particular area.

Yes, there is a data card for N8k; it is the GPRS/EDGE data card it is the 3G data card that is for abt 20K or so.
