I don't believe I can come back to this thread and post this, I have not been able to sleep since 2 days ago.

I wrote a post on FB 3 days ago, one of my old friends in ND days commented and we exchange numbers and call each other.

I asked about my close friend(Isaiah) from him because they are from the same town (Ede) and they also leave together in ND days. It's 4 yrs I talk or chat with Isaiah, I lost his contact.

Hummmm, to my greatest surprise & shock he said Isaiah was killed early last year(cult related issues) in Ede.

I scot with Isaiah and he was the one who help me appeal to some elders/higher hierarchy in confra then and made the ground and process easy for me when I was initiated into this regrettable thing in 2005. I still regret till tomorrow why I joined.

We both love each other he has come to spend holiday with me in my home town with my parents and I also I have traveled to stay with him for some days in Ede with his parents also.

In 2006 we both agreed to leave confra and abandoned anything to do with it which we did then, I left SW in 2009 in search of greener pasture and don't know his movement again.

I was just informed about his death 2 days ago and av been thinking what actually caused this, because as at when am leaving SW Isaiah was not an active or member again.

The friend that informed me said he thinks because Isaiah now leaves in active environment (school area in Ede) and he's idle. We are all above 40yrs now why will someone still be involved in cult matter at that age, it's very painful.

I have never lost someone so close to me like this, my head is just heavy.

May God forgive us all because we have made a terrible mistake. I use every opportunity I have to seek forgiveness from God because we failed our parents in that aspect then, we are warned but we did not listen.

Rest in peace Isaiah.
