Yesterday, my Zenith ATM Card was retained by 1st bank ATM and i couldn't make any withdrawal. Went back to 1st Bank this morning and i was told the card has been sent to Zenith Head office that it will be re-directed to my Zenith Branch. After much complain and argument showing my ID to confirm if im the rightful owner of the Card, the lady told me that is the new procedure,any card retained by their Machine will be sent to the Bank's Head office. Only GOD knows how many days or weeks this would take.
