The clause "healthy Rivalry" was simply used to buttress the fact that asking the site administrators to charge a token cant be in the interest of all as that token might be a whole lot to many others.
Not to say they cant charge but it would be because they then want to charge which i would understand.
Why is Nairaland continually growing?Because it is free to join and free to post and it would continually soar to the high heaven if that stand remain upheld.
Moderator has his own personal life to run,he checks for posters exceeding their daily quota and he would now start checking each ip address of posters?That wont be an easy one to do ooo.
We all can be moderators by bringing the attention of dealers with multiple user names exceeding their daily posting quota to the moderators.The moderators can then check the ip address of the suspected reported offenders to make their final verdict(Making their task less hectic).

well said but don't you feel if the BULK AUTO SECTION LINK can be bold enough and highlighted with RED as i just did,will make a whole lot of sense and get customer's attention to the Bulk Section?

My advise to the moderators,i will suggest dealers start paying a TOKEN amount of money either Monthly or annually and still be subjected to these rules and regulations OR the Bulk Auto Section on the First Page should be BOLD enough with RED COLOR so as to attract customer's attention.

Tracing dealers with Multiple ID's and Multiple adverts is the easiest thing to trackdown since each dealer's IP Address can only be seen by the moderators but im very sure moderators are too busy to checkmate all that due to their tight schedule, just my own advice
