How can you visit a business and start asking for their convenience at the entrance? Did they tell you that they run public toilet services? Government or no government, no business will allow random people to use their toilets. They pay staffers to keep them clean.

Seems most of us do not know that businesses (Banks, eateries , gas stations, hotels, etc) rendering services to the general public are meant to have public toilet that is accessible, it comes with the building approval.
I will try and dig out the law that backs it

as for me,.. I use to believe those locations should be my normal run to if I have to use the toilet whenever I'm outside,..so I believe you with the law thing already. It's just a normal thinking.

This post really made me remember my struggles to use toilets,.. my constant fights with the security of addas mall and mega chicken both at agidingbi Ikeja,.. and not just me, I know a whole lot of guys in the streets struggles for it too. Security always bullshiting us and not allowing us but now that's it. It's been said Open it up.
