I'll advice u kip on trying until u'r able to submit. Cos it took me a long tym to get the somtin submitted.

As for the PIN no. it's the one with , CONFIRMATION ORDER #, As soon as the page submit, u'll be prompt to new pages, where u can complete the rest of the form.

Mind u,it's about 4 pages & dat's all.
