Pls can someone help me out, I've been experiencing this problem when submitting my filled application.. I've even tried it on a different browser and it's still displaying the same error msg ..And it's not even outlining the errors I made

I applied for N power Teach program and have not been able to take the assessment text, it always displays invalid login anytime I try to login. My initials are N. M. O

Abeg guys this is what have been displaying on my page anytime I log in...... Can anyone here help me out...... Today is 4th yet the date on the instruction there is 3rd. And I have not filled my forms cos there is still nothing to display.
