Enter the Infinix Note 40X 5G, a phone that's been turning heads for its slick design and robust functionality. But how does it stack up against the Moto G64 5G, another strong contender in the budget 5G category? Let’s break it down!

1. Display:
Infinix is bringing the big guns with a 6.78-inch IPS LCD display, boasting a 120Hz dynamic refresh rate and a peak brightness of 500 nits. Plus, you’re getting that sweet FHD+ resolution for those crisp visuals. Meanwhile, the Moto G64 5G isn’t far behind, offering a slightly smaller 6.5-inch IPS LCD with the same 120Hz refresh rate.

2. Camera:
Photography fans, this one’s for you. The Infinix Note 40X 5G flexes with a triple camera setup headlined by a whopping 108MP main camera. It’s joined by a 2MP secondary sensor and a mysterious 'AI lens'. Selfies? You get an 8MP shooter on the front. The Moto G64 5G, though, opts for a dual camera setup—50MP with OIS for those steady shots and an 8MP ultra-wide lens to capture everything else. Moto edges out with a 16MP front camera, perfect for selfie lovers.

3. Performance:
Under the hood, the Infinix Note 40X 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chipset, paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. Moto, on the other hand, packs in a MediaTek Dimensity 7025 processor with the same RAM and storage tech. Both phones offer up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, so expect a smooth ride with either choice.

4. Battery:
For those who prioritize battery life, Moto pulls ahead with a massive 6000 mAh battery and a 33W fast charging capability. Infinix, while still decent, gives you a 5000 mAh battery with 18W charging support.

5. Price:
Finally, let’s talk money. The Infinix Note 40X 5G is priced at Rs. 14,999 for the 8GB+256GB variant, offering a bit more storage for your buck. Meanwhile, the Moto G64 5G is slightly cheaper at Rs. 13,999 for the 8GB+128GB model. The choice between storage and budget is yours!

If you’re all about display size and a high-res camera, the Infinix Note 40X 5G is calling your name. But if you value battery life and a bit more bang for your buck, the Moto G64 5G might just be the pick. Either way, you’re getting a solid phone that won’t break the bank!

Hey tech enthusiasts! The Infinix Note 40X 5G just landed, shaking things up in the sub-Rs 15,000 segment with its whopping 256GB storage and MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chip. It's giving the Moto G64 5G, which recently saw a Rs 1,000 price cut, a run for its money.

Wondering which one to go for? Let’s break it down!

It’s got NFC and a snazzy triple camera setup. The Moto G64 5G, on the other hand, sports mint green, pearl blue, and ice lilac options, weighs 192 grams, and is slightly thicker at 8.9 mm. It also boasts an IP52 rating for water and dust resistance.

Display: The Note 40X 5G flaunts a larger 6.78-inch FHD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 500 nits peak brightness, while the Moto G64 5G has a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a similar refresh rate. Both offer sharp visuals, but Motorola’s screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

Motorola’s setup might have a slight edge in benchmarks, but both handle multitasking with ease and support expandable storage.

Software: The Infinix runs on XOS 14 with Android 14, bringing AI features like an AI APP Boost and a Wallpaper Generator. The Moto G64 5G runs on Hello UI based on Android 14.

Hey tech enthusiasts! Let's talk about two of the hottest contenders in the smartphone arena right now: the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion and the Infinix GT 20 Pro.
Both have landed in India with some serious specs and prices that won’t break the bank. The Edge 50 Fusion is tagged at Rs 22,999, flaunting its sleek design. But hold up! Right on its heels, the Infinix GT 20 Pro drops into the ring, packing a punch in the same price range. So, which one should you pick if you’re looking for the best bang under Rs 25,000? Let’s dive into the details!

First up, we put these devices through the Geekbench benchmark test. Both phones nailed the same single-core score of 1,020, but the GT 20 Pro flexed harder in multi-core tasks. Translation: if you’re juggling video editing, recording, or multi-tasking, Infinix’s got your back.
Winner: Infinix GT 20 Pro

Next, we cranked things up with the AnTuTu benchmark, which looks at the whole package – CPU, GPU, memory, and user experience. The Edge 50 Fusion scored a respectable 6,20,648, but the GT 20 Pro soared with a whopping 9,36,985 points. Gamers and streamers, this one’s for you.
Winner: Infinix GT 20 Pro

But wait, there's more! We pushed both phones to their limits with a throttling test using the burnout benchmark app. The Edge 50 Fusion held steady at 76.5 percent, while the GT 20 Pro dropped to 68.4 percent under stress. Less throttling means the Motorola can keep its cool under pressure.
Winner: Motorola Edge 50 Fusion

Now, let’s talk gaming. We fired up COD: Mobile and BGMI on both devices, maxing out the settings to see who would reign supreme. The Edge 50 Fusion got a bit hot-headed with a 7.4 degrees C increase, while the GT 20 Pro stayed chill with just a 3.6 degrees C bump, thanks to its VC liquid cooling tech. And for even cooler performance, you can grab the GT Cooling fan accessory.
Winner: Infinix GT 20 Pro

Verdict:
After a fierce battle, the Infinix GT 20 Pro stands tall as the ultimate performer. With higher scores in multi-core and AnTuTu tests and superior thermal management during gaming, it’s the clear choice if you’re after top-notch performance. Both phones are stellar in their own right, but if you're eyeing the best under Rs 25,000, the Infinix GT 20 Pro is your champ.

Get hyped, everyone! Infinix is about to drop its latest gem, the Note 40X, on August 5th, 2024, and it's set to break boundaries in camera tech, design, and sound!

Snap Like a Pro with a 108MP AI Camera.
Rumor has it, the Infinix Note 40X will pack a jaw-dropping 108MP triple AI camera system with 15+ modes. Pair that with an 8MP selfie cam featuring an LED flash, and you’re set for flawless pics anytime, anywhere. The Quad LED Ring Flash not only looks slick but also takes your night shots to the next level!

Effortless Brilliance with AI-Powered Photography.
The AI Cam function is the real MVP here. It smartly tweaks settings for the perfect shot every time, whether you're capturing stunning landscapes or your adorable pets.

Style Meets Function.
With a sleek premium gradient finish and a symmetrical camera module, the Note 40X is as stylish as it is functional. The side-mounted fingerprint sensor adds a modern touch of security, and the 6.78″ FHD+ Punch Hole Display with Dynamic Port ensures an immersive viewing experience. Hey there! So, have you checked out the Infinix Note 40 yet? It's the latest from Infinix, and it's got this massive 6.78-inch AMOLED display with all sorts of cool AI features. It follows the Note 40 Pro, which came out in April, but the Note 40 is easier on the wallet while still packing in a bunch of premium goodies.

The official release price is Rs 19,999, but with some sweet bank offers, you can snag it for Rs 15,999. But is it worth your hard-earned cash? Let's dive into the pros and cons.

Here are 4 reasons you should totally consider the Infinix Note 40, and 1 reason you might want to skip it.

Infinix Note 40: 4 Reasons to Buy

1. Gorgeous Display: The standout feature has to be its 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a buttery-smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It's got the biggest display in the sub-Rs 20,000 range, perfect for binge-watching or gaming. The ultra-thin bezels are just icing on the cake. Plus, it has a dynamic island-like feature for showing notifications, calls, and more, just like the iPhone!

2. Powerful Performance: This phone performs way better than you'd expect. The MediaTek Dimensity 7020 5G chipset and clean XOS 14 (based on Android 14) make for a smooth experience. No annoying bloatware here! With 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, it handles everything you throw at it with ease.

3. Wireless Charging: Believe it or not, this is the first phone under Rs 20,000 to offer wireless charging! It supports 15W wireless charging, taking about an hour to juice up to 40%. Sure, it’s not the fastest, but it's super convenient—just drop it on the MagPad, and you're good to go. The MagPad costs Rs 2,000 extra, but it's worth it.

4. 24-Hour Battery Life: The 5,000mAh battery lasts all day, even with heavy use. It comes with a 33W fast charger with different modes like low temperature, smart, and hyper charging. I played Call of Duty for over 30 minutes, took a call, and streamed music, and the battery only dropped 10%!

Infinix Note 40: Cons

The camera, while decent, has its quirks. The 108-megapixel triple rear camera and 32-megapixel selfie camera struggle with slow shutter speed and Portrait mode. The AI post-processing is nice but slow, making the overall experience a bit frustrating.

So, unless you're all about mobile photography, at Rs 15,999 with bank offers, the Note 40 is a steal and makes for a fantastic daily driver!

Hey folks, exciting news! While Infinix hasn't officially spilled the beans on the release date for the Note 40s 4G, the juicy details are already out thanks to the eagle-eyed folks at Passionategeekz who found a full specs page on Infinix's site.

So, what’s the scoop? The Note 40s 4G is shaping up to be a lot like the Note 40 and Note 40 Pro, which dropped in India this past March. We’re talking a sleek 6.78-inch 3D curved AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, and the sturdy Corning Gorilla Glass protection – basically, a visual treat.

Under the hood, you’ve got the MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate chip, the same powerhouse driving the Note 40. But here’s where it gets interesting: the Note 40s 4G sports a dual-sensor camera setup, unlike the triple sensors on its siblings. You still get that impressive 108MP primary sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. And yes, the cool Halo AI lighting ring that changes colors with notifications, calls, and charging status is back!

Memory-wise, we’re looking at 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, expandable up to 8GB virtually, and a hefty 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The Note 40s 4G will run XOS 14 based on Android 14, with two years of Android updates and three years of security patches promised. Nice, right?

Battery life? A solid 5000mAh with 33W fast wired charging and 20W wireless charging thanks to magCharge tech. Plus, it’s got an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, NFC for contactless payments, and dual speakers tuned by JBL.

You’ll be able to snag this beauty in Obsidian Black or Vintage Green, but here's the kicker – Infinix hasn't dropped the official launch date or price yet. Stay tuned!

Hey gamers, listen up! Infinix just tapped two Mobile Legends: Bang Bang legends—Kairi and Renejay—to show off the GT 20 Pro’s gaming prowess.

First up, Kairi, one of the top junglers in the game, is flaunting an impressive track record with 4 MPL Indonesia Champion titles and 1 MSC title. Not to mention, he snagged the MVP title in both the regular season and finals of Season 10.

On the flip side, we have Renejay, who shined at the Mobile Legends M5 World Championship, securing 3rd place. Since switching to the Roamer position, his shot-calling skills have been top-notch. Although he’s taking a break from MPL Season 13, he’s gearing up for an epic comeback.

These pros are now rocking the MPL PH Season 13 tournament phone, the Infinix GT 20 Pro. Known for its smooth gaming performance and affordable price, it's perfect for both casual and competitive gamers.

Let’s get into the nitty-gritty: the GT 20 Pro boasts a 144Hz 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 360Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood, it’s powered by a 3.0GHz Dimensity 8200 Ultimate 8-core chip, Mali-G610 MC6 GPU, 24GB Dynamic RAM, and 256GB of storage. With a 5,000mAh battery and 45W fast charging, plus Bypass charging, this phone is built to last through marathon gaming sessions.

But wait, there’s more! The Pixel X5 Turbo Gaming Display chip ensures a stable 120fps, crucial for those intense in-game clashes. And the best part? This powerhouse is priced under PHP 16K, making it super accessible.

Renejay couldn’t agree more: “For those who want to be a pro-MLBB player, the Infinix GT 20 Pro is the best phone because it makes games smooth and helps make it easier for you to play matches, especially during the MPL.”

Mark your calendars for June 29, when Infinix will host the Infinix University League at SM Megamall. Not only can you meet Kairi and Renejay, but you can also get your hands on the GT 20 Pro and experience its awesomeness firsthand!

Hey tech enthusiasts! Infinix has just rolled out their latest tech marvels in India: the Infinix GT 20 Pro smartphone and the GTBook laptop, launching their new GT Verse gaming ecosystem with a bang.

So, what's the scoop on the GT 20 Pro? Priced under Rs 25,000, it's got India’s first MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate chipset and a silky-smooth 144Hz AMOLED display. Fancy, right?

Unboxing the Infinix GT 20 Pro: What's Inside?

First off, unboxing the GT 20 Pro was a treat in itself. The sleek black box, inscribed with gamer vibes, opens like a puzzle and welcomes you to the GT World. Inside, you'll find a phone cover, screen guard, handset, USB cable, 45W charger, SIM-ejector tool, and all the usual guides.

Design: Gamer's Delight

The GT 20 Pro’s design is its standout feature. With its “Cyber Mecha Design” and “Mecha Loop Lighting,” the back of the phone is a visual delight. The circular metallic ring and diagonal “Mecha texture” patterns light up differently based on the color variant: Mecha Blue, Mecha Orange, and Mecha Silver. This design screams gamer chic.

Display: A Feast for the Eyes

The phone sports a 6.78” FHD+ bezel-less AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The bezels are super slim, and with 1300 nits peak brightness and a 260Hz touch sampling rate, it’s perfect for intense gaming sessions.

Under the Hood: Power-Packed Performance

The GT 20 Pro is a powerhouse with the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate chipset, up to 12GB RAM, and 256GB storage. It's designed for high-octane gaming with features like MediaTek Adaptive Gaming technology and a dedicated display chip for up to 90 FPS gaming. The phone stays cool with a 360-degree SOC cooling system, including VC Liquid cooling and thermal paste.

First Impressions: Smooth Gaming Experience

Playing BGMI on this beast was a breeze. Smooth gameplay, no stutters, and minimal heating even after 40 minutes. Infinix claims an AnTuTu score of over 950,000, which we’ll verify soon with more tests.

Camera: Snap Happy

The camera setup includes a 108MP OIS main camera, 2MP macro, 2MP depth, and a 32MP selfie shooter. The initial shots looked bright and clear, though slightly over-exposed.

Battery and Software: Long-Lasting and Up-to-Date

With a 5000mAh battery and 45W fast charging, the GT 20 Pro ensures you’re always ready to game. It runs on Android 14-based XOS 14, with promises of up to 2 major Android upgrades and 3 years of security updates.

Ready to level up your gaming? The Infinix GT 20 Pro might just be the gadget you’ve been waiting for.

Infinix has been making waves recently with their affordable yet feature-packed phones, and the latest on the block is the Infinix Note 40 Pro+. This phone promises a premium design and super-fast charging, all without breaking the bank.

But can it stand up to the fierce competition in the budget smartphone market? Let’s dive in and see!

THE PROS OF THE DEVICE

Stylish design: The Infinix Note 40 Pro+ is a looker! It sports a vegan leather back that feels great in hand, and the green-on-gold color scheme of the review model is absolutely eye-catching. The phone is super light, which is a mixed bag – it's great for portability, but it can feel a tad on the flimsy side. Still, not too shabby!

Curved-edge display: The curved-edge screen on this phone does look pretty slick. You’ve got the power button and volume rocker on the right, a USB-C port on the bottom, and a big square camera module on the back that, thankfully, doesn’t stick out as much as some others.

Solid battery life: With a 4,600mAh battery, this phone can easily last a full day of regular use. Of course, if you’re a heavy gamer or keep the screen at max brightness all day, your results may vary. But for most users, daily charging won’t be a hassle.

Super-fast charging: This is where the Note 40 Pro+ really shines. It boasts a whopping 100W charging speed, juicing up from 0% to 100% in under 30 minutes! Plus, Infinix includes the 100W charger in the box, which is a nice touch. It also supports 20W wireless charging with Infinix’s MagCharge tech, which, although not as sleek as Apple’s MagSafe, still works well.

Nice-looking screen: The 6.78-inch AMOLED display is pretty impressive. With a 1080p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, it’s smooth and vibrant. It’s not an LTPO display, so you can’t get that 1Hz to 120Hz flexibility, but you can lock it at 60Hz or 120Hz, or let it adjust automatically. The peak brightness of 1300 nits means it’s bright enough for most situations, and the screen’s clarity is quite decent.

THE CONS OF THE DEVICE

Sub-par camera: The camera setup is a bit of a letdown. Despite the 108-megapixel main camera, photos often turn out grainy and washed out, even in good lighting. The two additional 2-megapixel cameras for macro shots and depth sensing don’t add much value, producing low-quality images.

Slow performance: The Note 40 Pro+ is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7020 processor and 12GB of RAM. On paper, this sounds great, but in reality, the phone can be a bit laggy. The camera’s viewfinder is sometimes jumpy, and overall performance isn’t as smooth as normal.

Conclusion: The Infinix Note 40 Pro+ has a lot going for it with its stylish design, solid display, and impressive battery and charging speeds. However, it’s held back by its underwhelming camera and occasional performance hiccups. If these issues aren’t deal-breakers for you, it’s definitely worth considering!

Hey, guess what?

Infinix, known for its budget-friendly smartphones, is stepping into the gaming laptop arena with the Infinix GT BOOK! Yep, they're diving into the big leagues. This news comes hot on the heels of their announcement of the Infinix GT 20 Pro, a gaming-focused phone.

Now, let's talk specs! The GT BOOK is packing some serious punch with options like the Core i5-12450H, Core i5-13420H, Core i7-13620H, and Core i9-13900H CPUs. And don't even get me started on the GPU choices—GeForce RTX 3050, RTX 4050, and RTX 4060. Plus, with 16 or 32 gigs of RAM and up to 1 TB of storage, you're ready to game, multitask, and everything in between.

But wait, there's more! The display sounds pretty sweet—a 16-inch panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 100% sRGB coverage. Though, to hit that sweet 120 FPS mark, you might need to tweak some settings and enable DLSS.

In terms of ports, it's a bit light with just one USB C, a couple of USB A ports, HDMI, an SD card reader, and the trusty 3.5 mm audio jack. But hey, sometimes less is more, right?

And let's not forget the bells and whistles—Wi-Fi 6E, RGB backlighting, a 1080p webcam, and a beefy 72 Wh battery. Oh, and don't worry about lugging around a hefty charger; they've got you covered with a 192 Watt one.

Plus, they've got this cool "Mecha Loop" thing at the back. Sounds fancy, right? And to top it all off, they're throwing in some peripherals like a mousepad, gaming mouse, and headphones.

No word on the release date yet, but they're teasing it'll hit India "soon." Exciting times ahead for Infinix fans!

Hey there! So, guess what? Naija’s top stars are teaming up with the latest tech craze: the Infinix Note 40 Series! Let's dive in!

First up, we've got Davido. His vibe totally matches the all-new FastCharge 2.0 tech on the Infinix phones. I mean, we're talking super-fast charging, like 50% in just 20 minutes! Plus, there are these cool modes like Hyper Mode for lightning-speed charging and Temp Mode to keep things cool. Talk about staying powered up, right?

And then, Sharon Ooja brings her A-game with that stunning 3D-curved 120Hz AMOLED display. It's like your content jumps right off the screen, just like Sharon mesmerizes us on the big screen. Smooth navigation, elegance in design—this phone's got it all!

Now, let's talk durability with Timini Egbuson. The Note 40 Pro is rocking Corning® Gorilla® Glass, so it's tough as nails. Just like Timini's resilience in the entertainment scene, this phone can handle anything life throws at it without a scratch.

And who could forget Beverly Osu? The Note 40 Pro's 108MP OIS Super-Zoom camera is like having a pro photographer in your pocket. It captures every detail just like Beverly commands attention with her captivating presence.

Oh, and the sound? Miss DSF would approve! The dual speakers, tuned by JBL, give you that 360° symmetrical sound, just like a DJ spinning the hottest tracks. It's like having a party in your pocket!

So, if you're all about that blend of functionality and style, the Infinix Note 40 Series is where it's at! Swing by any authorized Infinix retail outlet and see for yourself. It's time to elevate your tech game with the power and elegance of the Note 40 Series. Let's do this!

The Infinix GT 20 Pro just hit the scene, and boy, does it scream "gamer." Like, seriously, it's the sequel to last year's GT 10 Pro, and let me tell you, it's rocking a design that's all about that gamer life.
This device isn't just about looks; it's got the specs to back it up. We're talking a whopping 108MP camera with OIS as the main shooter. Pretty impressive, right?

But here's the kicker. The camera specs is really impressive as they threw in a 2MP macro and a 2MP depth sensor to round out the triple camera setup. Personally, I'm thinking they could've skipped the extras, especially on a gaming phone. Like, who needs all those cameras when you're busy dominating your favorite games?

But on the bright side, you've got a quad-LED flash for those epic gaming moments, and you can record in 4K at 60fps. Plus, there's a decent 32MP front camera that can handle 2K recording at 30fps. So yeah, it's definitely got some cool features going on!

If you want the Infinix GT 20 Pro, you should go for it. It brings a few perks over the GT 10 Pro, and you can currently get it in certain regions like Saudi Arabia for about $346.
