I have very high taste and big dreams but some people think I’m being delusional- That’s the case with Nigeria. Basic things are seen as luxury. Electricity, good bottled water, a small car, a small bungalow- these are all little things that an average man should have at ease but if you have any of these or wish for any of these little things, then you’re not appreciative for ‘what you have’.

So the case just died. Would she have tried it with someone she knows has some strong backup? Or, would the young man be so disrespectful to her if he knew she could pull such a stunt?

This young man has no one to fight for him. Some people were pleased with the woman as the young man can be problematic.

I saw how helpless he was. No one stood for him. When his mom died, he gave quick notice to the tenants and now he stays alone, no one visits.
That same day, he took the case to the community leader but I think the case died because he couldn’t afford the items he was told to buy. It was after the beating that I knew the woman had children, all grown up and no longer live close to her. Those men who did the beating are one of her kids childhood friends.

She called him a killer. They insulted each other to full. Few days ago they had their usual quarrel and she reported him to someone who recruited two of his friends. They came on bike 🏍 and whipped him like a child. (They seemed 45 -50 at most).

“Flog am well! You wan fight am!!!” This neighborhood woman yelled as the young man was being canned,(probably in his middle 30’s). The woman and the guy had an issue or more of have issues regularly and he called her ‘a woman without children.’ He also ‘insulted’ her by saying she couldn’t afford to build a house. This young man is always alone, always. Rumors haas it that he killed his mom to inherit her house.

Sentence me to life and it won’t still change a thing bout me.
