With this information, we returned to our U.S. shipping partner, only to discover the real issue: the item carried a UN3091 label, and the shipper had deliberately refused to ship it due to the restrictions associated with that label. Now, consider this situation carefully—this was a $3,000 item paid for by a customer who had never physically met any member of our team.
