A friend of my has a piece of land with a 3 bedrooms bungalow foundation on it. Now he is thinking of converted the land to workshop instead of his original intention of building a house. The question is can different structure be erected on the foundation other than the original plan?

I wish to go back to Nigeria and starts a business but not until Nigeria has stable electricity, good road network, security of life and property. When do you think my dream will becomes realistic? Thank you.

I am planning to build a bungalow in Lagos on a plot of land. I want the house to consist of 5bedrooms (each with its own bath and toilets), 2 living rooms,
