It's not even a market strategy, its the fact. For the past 1 year or so, dollar was sold for 360/362. Yesterday Dollar was sold for 400/410, today it went down to 380/385 which is 20-25 naira above from the 360/362 normal rate.

Now its expected to increase or maintain balance depending on this Corona issue, so you can gamble either to hold on to your item and sell at a higher price when it increases or sell them at the normal rate now.
