Price Increases EVERYWHERE... No more hope in Nigeria? Dear Your Excellency I know you must have heard about the price increase of building materials: cement, iron, even food items in Nigeria. In short, I experienced one yesterday. I went to Ikeja (Computer Village) to buy my drone battery. A drone is the device I use to create an aerial view of my real estate videos on my YouTube channel. Back to my gist. I remembered I PRICED the drone battery 🔋 in October 2023; it was N100,000. I priced it in January 2024, and it was N120,000. Then I went yesterday to buy it. I bought it for N200,000, and I needed to buy two pieces. I ended up spending N400,000. If I had bought it just last month, I would have paid 120k, which means I would have saved 80k, totaling N160,000 saved because I bought two units. What's paining me is that if I had bought it in October 2023, I would have bought both for N200,000, and I would have saved N200,000. At least that money would have been enough to take my wife and children for a weekend outing, and I would still have some balance. The problem was me because I had the money but I postponed it. To be frank with you, I regretted my action. Why this story? I don't want you to regret it. I have 5 estates that the prices are about to increase and the last one is very cheap.
