Raya Care na wicked people full their store. I had the same issue on my redmi 9 in January, I took it to Raya Store, they said I should bring N67,500. I just waka. I took it to another engineer and he only changed the power button.

you know it's disappointed when phone have issue and someone cant repair it,the silly guy is telling me I used phone for 3year what about iPhone they are using for over 10 year without issue like UK used iphone, do you have the number of people the Engineer bro? Raya are not ready to repair phone,if it's tecno calcare will repair it immediately

That sounds like a bootloop

You might have to flash stock ROM using Miflash tool or take it to an engineer to have it flashed (reloaded)

Bad battery can also be responsible for a bootloop like behaviour especially with Xiaomi products but this is highly unlikely with yours given the age of this model

In your case, it's most likely software and the first proposition should fix it.

I have been using it since 2020 I never have issue with the phone before
