I think one will be saved and two will be evicted automatically on Sunday. So Ebuka evict 3 while HOH evicts two save one.

The day big brother introduced that red phone to the hux he said any body close to the phone can pick but it’s not a must
He gave another twist that wen anyone refused to pick then the head of hux has the power to appoint any housemate.
So even if rooboy or Dede was close to the phone they can decide not to pick. So the point you said they determine the script they want to play bcoz of who is closer is not true
