Don't reset anything again, let me explain how to solve the issue.

You will need to download an application called mobiluncle Tools from Google and play store.

After installing the application followed the following step
Step 1: click on engineer mode
Step2: click on engineer mode(MTK)

Step4: click on Radio information

Hey, Just2endowed. I have done the factory reset, and I am almost regretting that now . My sim 1 IMEI number is now invalid, that of sim 2 not displaying. I can't call of text. Please what can I do next?
