Vehicle should have 110000 miles, going by industry standards..... (10K per year).......
So it has sure surpassed the mileage test, all other things been equal (full service history consisting of parts replaced) etc etc Not quite Sir, we would disagree.
Industry average is 13,500 - 15,000 Miles.

180,000 Miles for the vehicle is a bit above average, however as the other poster noted, the service/maintenance history as well as the rest of the vehicle history is more or just as relevant as the mileage figure.
A clean title vehicle with no damage and fair maintenance history would likely be a good buy, other variables being positive.
