Am wondering is it that some ppl don't read btw lines b4 they comment ? Or is it that u guys don't just understand English ? Go back and read the original article as released by the state, it says commercial vehicles should change their no. Plate to that of the state. It doesn't mean commercial vehicles should not come into Lagos, its just saying that when ever the traffic law enforcers cite a vehicle wit a no. Plate frm another state they instantly know u don't reside in Lagos and as such it will guide in how to relate and/or deal with the person. Same for private vehicles...
