All these franchise companies chose south west to site their company because of the proximity to an effective seaport in Lagos, no wonder the Yorubas are always on the defense of Lagos I don't blame them anyway all these to their advantages But those that own Calabar, ibom, warri and port Harcourt is time to rise up don't allow your slumber get interesting Hit the FG on anything you have for such gesture to touch your region if really we are one Nigerian to enjoy seaport corridor industries
These are brotherly advice from the igbos It's time to act |

IGBOPROMISE1: We have the highest collection of daft and naive fellas in that south-south/Niger-delta! They’ve been so manipulated, cheated and oppressed by the hegemony controlling Nigeria, even to the point of enabling their oppressors to cheat them and milk their resources to develop other regions! Poverty has been so weaponised in their region that they now see the pathetic 13% derivation and pipeline security contracts adequate recompense for all the exploitation of hydrocarbons in their region and for the attendant oyel pollution that follows! They’ve been conditioned to become lazy and have a sense of entitlement for handouts and largesse dispensed by the same overlords exploiting their resources! They’ve also been conditioned to think their Igbo neighbours are their problem! Thanks brotherly Your brain is blessed Truth be told and you have said it |

Peter Obi have spoken well and he's right
But the south south who have these corridors don't know the importance of an effective seaport in their domain only to see igbos as there problem They have representative in govt whom are not fighting for that golden opportunity and their youth don't know anything about...
I pity them on these one Nigerian they choose |

Politics › Re: Olanipekun Urges N’Assembly To Stop Constitution Amendment, Calls For Referendum by Chaolin: 9:32am On Oct 23, 2025 |
nairalanda1: If we go there, the result is eventual anarchy.
Nigeria is far too broke and far too poor for any secession to work successfully. The only place where breakup worked was former Czechoslovaka...and both countries had something Nigeria doesn't have...strong industries, and access to europe's decent markets and transport.
Break up nigeria, and there would be anarchic tribal warfare. Because what we would get would be four or more poor, resource starved, and in some instances landlocked countries...that will fight each other for resources. And big tribes will eat small tribes.
Plus, it is funny that calls for secession comes when the side you support is on the losing side...lol.
Nigeria is a contrapition that has been ruled by bad leaders, yes, but the alternative is far far worse.
Plus, IMF will share the debt we have, so forget it.
(Plus many of you don't know what an ethnic nationality is...is it the 250 tribes we have? Some of you will come and say they are not really tribes)
Go and vote for leaders who will stop sharing money, and start being productive. Maybe when every part of this country is productive, we can talk of secession (by productive, I don't mean exporting cocoa, cotton, and groundnut, and so forth....I mean economy based on indistries, and innovation, and exporting manufactured goods and services).
I no say tinubu is good, or gej and obi are bad, or all our leaders are saints. We are where we are because we decided not to be an industrial economy, but a resource dependent economy. It;s why we had the civil war really. Typical Yoruba man idea, always trying to parasite and take advantage of others for wealth Truth be told referendum is the way forward for region who want to exit the contraption, if countries like south sudan, CAR,congo, niger etc that are landlock can live on there own landlock is not the issue, secondly you don't need riches for succession If Nigeria as a country can not Co exist let break up for good and in peace. |

Irony1: What about the Ogoni 4 that were killed by mob action on Saro wiwa's orders? Angry ogoni mob killed them not saro wiwa order Get your fact right He saro wiwa was protesting for environmental pollution on ogoni land and niger deltans and things went side way bt the used ogoni 4 and ogoni mob and the result is death which is regrettably |
Politics › Re: Full List Of 175 Convicts Pardoned By Tinubu by Chaolin: 9:43am On Oct 12, 2025 |
I disagree with that of ken saro wiwa. It should not be presidential pardon but rather presidential apology with compensation to their families
The ogoni 9 where unjustly framed, court-martial by abacha junta without appeal and hang to death for protesting good for their community
Yet they were killed it's not fair... |
