I don't understand why so many Nigerians still struggle to get the USA, UK, Canada or Germany citizenship when they can easily work remotely from Nigeria and earn in foreign currency. I have compiled a list of 15 websites to find remote jobs that pay in foreign currency worldwide:

The ripple effect of that scrapping of PSPs in 2019 for that short period and the failure of vision Scape is what we are still experiencing and I am saying this before we can get back to that pre- fashola era it will take more years.

People still say it till today that they are not meant to pay for waste - this was said during the whole vision Scape wahala,

This act of bringing waste to the bustops/median for pickup when did it start ? During the whole vision Scape saga .

As for those saying they should bring in more contractors (PSPs) this is not pre 2018.
Who wants to invest about 40-50million naira for one compactor (tokumbo) without getting ROI and residents will be telling you story no payment and Lawmas standard is at least 2 trucks .
You want to invest almost 100million naira in what you are not even sure of the returns you will get ? No way.

When compactors were still 5m-10milliom people were buying easily. Even the current PSPs lots are struggling and can't recapitalize because these things are now very expensive

All these things are not by chochocho jare.

Invest 100million in trucks and write application to lawma, you sef will become psp.


The major thing that can help now is the govt to look into the dumpsites issues , reduce queues hereby increasing the turnaround time of those trucks dumping.

If queues are eradicated most of these problems will be solved.

. Ambode saw all these problems with PSPs u highlighted n came up with VISIONSCAPE, and it was working gradually. The problem was stopping d psp operators suddenly instead of gradually/in batches. And no, dumping of refuse in d middle of d road did not start under Ambode, there were designated refuse dump locations with large refuse bins then, unlike now, can't see those large refuse bins anywhere, people just dump waste on d floor at bstops n middle of d roads everywhere, this is a health crisis brewing! D present governor has totally failed in waste management, something that's big business all over the world, is rocket science in Lagos n Nigeria. Gas n manure are just 2 of several products that can be generated from proper waste management

Is LAWMA and PSP the same thing?

The PSP operators are contractors to LAWMA, they work with LAWMA, just like LRU & Avantgarde under Ambode.

Oh I was good man! I admit today. But good men are foolish when it comes to being good to women.

We’ve been married for roughly 11 months now, you know the kind of Christian marriage where you don’t test your products’ output before purchase.
Before marriage, we did the important medical tests like hiv, genotype, blood group, etc.

One thing I observed about my wife is I always have to initiate sex; but 7 of 10 times she denies me sex, before and after marriage. We’ve been together for 3+ years now.

Recently I observed skin breaking in her vaginal area while we were bathing together, so I asked her to do an std/uti test. She did the test and result came out with staph positive.

I was really pissed, because I don’t sleep around. Her response was that she got it from public toilet… I didn’t even argue. At this point I was just thinking of myself.

I did mine, (swab, urine and blood ) and it came out negative.

All these happened while she was denying me sex as her husband, all because I was being good to her and giving her every attention she needs.

It turns out women don’t value men that are good to them, or who plays and offer them attention. This is so because I’m focusing on my friends and giving them more attention than her now, and I’m noticing changes.

Currently I’m not drawn to her emotionally anymore, not because she has uti, but because she will deny me sex for no reason… and she know how much I fear adultery
She’s my wife, when sex comes I take it. If it doesn’t, I have my friends to chill with.
Even if I cheat now, I won’t feel remorse
Even if I impregnate another woman outside now, I won’t feel guilty.

I want her family to perceive me as a bad person now… maybe this is the kind of man I am, maybe this is the kind of man their daughter has forced me to become… but I won’t be a slave to any woman because of sex.

Women always want to control situations… she expected a man she could control with sex, not knowing there’s unlimited sex out there, even before I decided to get married. I was the fool, I was the good man, and just like everybody else, you will regret why you’re good to women.

Nigerian churches are mostly business centers, stopped attending church for some yrs until i found 1 during covid 19 period that didn't demand for tithe or offering b4 helping me n my family. Today i'm on scholarship in their university (BYU Pathway) pursuing my 2nd degree, also got a remote job n laptop for free. LDS, an american church with branches all over d world, including nigeria.

I agree with you to an extent...

Infact, it's what I wanted to comment initially. But on deeper thought I had to hold back my initial comment.


The truth is that pastors like everyone else can't help everyone that approach them for assistance. They will go bankrupt in 2 seconds.


But the deeper truth is that most of the pastors and by extension churches don't do anything or at best do very little to help those in need.


I think pastors or let me say churches (especially established ones like living faith) ought to have charity arms were they provide things like scholarships, help widows, and generally provide help to those who genuinely need it. Oyedepo for example could have referred him to the charity outreach arm of his church for assistance and if he qualifies be granted the assistance he needed.


True they can't provide help to everyone but they also haven't done enough in that regard.

If you consider the amount of money at the disposal of some of the churches and what they use waste it on- private jets and other worldly things you would understand that the pastors/churches aren't trying at all.


One of the reasons I liked the late TB Joshua. He was the only pastor that had this structure I talk about and did things differently.


Unfortunately he didn't last long!
