Let's ask a question; is his coming back to his family genuine or fake. Unless the wife is able to establish this the man can not be taken to be repentant .He may just want to use the woman as a way of escape from Nigeria. His offer is transactional and not authentic. If the woman collects it ,no problem because it is a payment for his responsibility which he refused to do before. In any case the woman can collect the money and may not help him as well. He inflicted a wound that is very difficult to heal on the family. |

I recall otokito saga . The Imolites responded violently against the waters of flesh and wasters of lives in Owerri .. their ill gotten properties were burnt down with immediate alarcrity.. .No room for rigmarole police investigation and cover up.
