I think lack of effective monitoring gave room for all this type of a mess. Govt should prioritize her expenditure and ensure they do things according to standard. If this was the way Awolowo and co established the higher institutions of the 60s ,we won't be where we are today educationally as a nation. The leaders of that time were very articulate in their plans.
