Most people blame the Govt .. I don't even know who to blame because Govt policies under Buhari benefited the political class . They traded on forex and made themselves rich against the entire populace. Now somebody came to say ; this ought not to be so ,people are lamenting about dollar rate. Is it not better to allow things to stand as they ought to be till things settle naturally ? Things will naturally adjust to normal as time goes bye
