Dangote Group not the refinery itself. Dangote owns an upstream asset company WAEP which produces some oil. Quite a small quantity compared to 650k barrel demand for their sister company, Dangote Refinery. So it's of little impact to the crude oil supply to the refinery in the short and medium term
