it all dpends on what quantity you are buying.
USA is good if you are buying bulk but if its unit then I advise you to take Dubai route
if you are just starting won't advice you to go China for phones & laptops except if you are not buying branded names like HP, dell, blackberry, Samsung etc except you are well experienced in the field and can at least repair
on the cheapest freight there are a lot of options on & off nairaland but I advise mobile phones cox of weight
it's cheaper to freight a Mobile phone and gain more to a laptop based on their weight from my own small experience oooo
the choice is yours
