The judiciary is the Conscience of the Society.
It Arbitrates on matters involving both the Executive and the Legislature.
They're entitled to good Service Environment but not at the pleasure of the Executive.
They need to be totally weaned from the Executive both in Operations and Finance.
There should be a First Line Charge, from the National Treasury so that they can run their own things.
Accepting gifts from executive, especially this current crop of notorious govt. is a terrible compromise.
What about paying them good Housing Allowance or granting access to good Mortgage?
