As Nihilist pointed out, Fab has always been a liability defensively, but his output offensively covered for that..

Also Ibime pointed out 2 years ago, that Ivanovic has always been raped by any fast attacking left midfielder like Montero.

So the right side of our defence/Midfield has been shitty since last season and only few knew this because we were getting good results.



My 'main' problem does not lie in the defence, it lies in our attack. The same defensive problems were present last season, and we still coped..

(We tried and strengthen the defence by bringing Baba into the fray. So that should settle it. Though we should have gotten another good midfielder, but we didn't, so we have to cope with the situation)


The solution??

I think Hazard needs to step Up. In every team, there is always a star player. Hazard is our star player no matter how Dayo hates. We need that urgency from him.

2ndly, Costa needs to drop all these dogs' fight and face his primary assignment on the pitch. We need him to be focused.

Fab should try and help us offensively. He does nothing on the pitch these days, and he is a target for Opponents these days. Actually to me, he is our weakest link.


If Hazard, Costa and Fab can get back to their very best ASAP, it would have been better.


Lastly, Mou should give RLC a chance! and giving Ivanovic a seat belt on the bench shouldn't be a problem.


In Mou's Press conference today. He pointed out that Baba is available for tomorrow's game, so we should expect Apzi, Cahill, Terry and Baba in defence tomorrow.
