Sports / Re: Who Can Help Me Explain Handicap In Football by Chicagograduate(m): 6:18am On May 10
In European handicap,,
Manchester city 1.20 - 7.00 Burnley fixture.

You awarded Burnley 2 goals handicap before the match kickkoff.Mancity is losing by 2 goals to Burnley and has to score 3 goals before they are declared as the winner.
If the match ended in 2-2 or 1-2,mancity lost the game.

In Asian handicap;
The handicap market start with -0.5,-1.5...or 0.5,1.5,etc.

Manchester city 1.20 - 7.00 Burnley.Mancity,-1.5 handicap, you have deducted 2 goals from mancity against Burnley. Now,Burnley is leading by 2 goals.Mancity needs to score 3 goals to make the scoreline 3-2.

Politics / Re: Cybersecurity Levy, Others: ‘this Is Basis Of Life, Nigerians Need To Adjust by Chicagograduate(m): 3:40pm On May 08
When Tinubu was governor of Lagos,he introduced various taxes and fine against the people.
If anyone was caught roaming on sanitation day,he/she will be arrested and either pay 5k as fine or go to jail. This is if the offender could not bribe the Lagos task force.

The worst are motorists. If Lastma arrest a traffic offenders. One of the criteria is to produce a tax clearance. If not he will pay a heavy fine.
Shoemakers, unemployed people and petty traders are not left out.

All these money generated ended up in tinubu's bullion vans.
The same scenario is playing out with the award of road construction contract to tinubu's his son.
His wife had boasted that they didn't need Nigerians money to survive. The reverse is now the case.

God bless Tinubu.

He should tax every property owner as well. Be it building, cars/bike, phones etc.

After all that's how it's done in advanced countries. He can tax those haters of Nigeria even more.
God bless him for what?Is the tax going to be use for the betterment of the people?
