I usually do not comment on nairaland, but I'm so much dissapointed, sentiments aside, so you mean this buhari led administration never borrowed money to pay salaries? What would you call the bail out funds sent to all the states? Internally generated revenue? As much as Jonathan's administration was bad, this present administration is worse, especially with the non-challant attitude, indiscpline, and impunity shown by virtually all the leaders at all levels of government. It is imperative for us youths to actually take the mantle from this old, selfish, idea lacking gluttons we call leaders. The real question is are we youths credible enough?
