From Festac get to Obalende. Once you drop at Obalende, walk through the road where there is Access bank and Gtbank bank (Police Headquaters on the same road). I cant remember the street name. There is a street beside Access bank, walk the street down to a barrack. Thats the street. You would see NOUN MArcathy Study centre to your right( Tall building. You wont miss it) Its the 3rd floor.
