It's very wrong to state that MOST architects on Nairaland are dreamers. You are very wrong in that submissions. As a matter of fact people have had their own fair share of experience with issuing out plans to people who leave with such plan and never comes back. What do you have to say to that?

It's easy to castigated people. But difficult to build trust.

i think English is one of the problem of Nairaland architects.
i recommend Adult Education for all the architects on Nairaland.

I Beg to disagree architecture is a profession, it's serious business, reach out to those who have indicated interest, it's worth the risk too

i will only reach out to those who can prove they are good.
All i ask is just a simple sketch that can fit into a 30ft by 120ft land in ibeju lekki.
Why is that so hard for you to understand.

The floor plans i posted here was done by an architect. some people like it. it's just that i need 4 bedroom floor plan.
i threw the challenge here so to give you architects the opportunity to display your skills.

Mr chidon,Please try to understand this in designing of building it is not adviceable to release floor plans to a prospective client without him/her commiting first, talkless of posting it in a public platform It is risky as any body can steal the architects concept but i dont no why most clients especially here on NL wont understand this, that is why several architects requested for private chats,.. Other drawings such as the 3D model and elevations can be shown but giving out the floor plan comes with an associated risk of "design theftry"

I posted a draft floor plan earlier but withheld dimensions(even if it is still very risky) , if truly you re serious its your chioce to communicate to me, but besides what i posted no Architect will want to post a plan here for you. Thanks

Posting it here will be a great opportunity to advertise yourself because this page will be on google search for many years to come.
it is a risk worth taking.

Does it mean that all the architects on Nairaland can't do simple floor plan sketch
