If u say anambra state has d lowest unemployment rate in Nigeria, is this d result of any deliberate govt policy? If yes, what is or what are those policies?

Government policy help in maintaining the standard of living in Anambra because the state government deliberately kept the tax in the state low. They grant loan and and tax relief to new companies... They support made in Anambra products like how they provide money for farmers to plant cereals that is being used to make hero beer.. They provided loans to farmers and improved pumpkin seed they still buy back the pumpkin which they export.. When Innoson vehicles was commissioned the then governor of Anambra state Peter Obi. Placed an order for 1000 vehicles from the company....
They government recognises the ability of the people they govern and help to improve thr hustle..
