1. The building is not a new building, but its ok with nice parking space
2. The amount is 700k as this was negotiated downward from an initial asking of 800k.
But however, depending on your seriousness, i believe it can/may come down to 650k
3. All the bedrooms are standard 20square metres
4. The apartment just need painting renovation as all the facilities present are still in good conditions.
