The children of the poor are indeed in big trouble in Nigeria! What can we call this? The management of the Obafemi Awolowo university centre for distance learning has tremendously increased the fee for their 9 months predegree programme. The female students are to pay 212500 while the male students are to pay 177500 each as against the about 165000 paid last session by both gender.
We all know that pre degree is not a guarantee of gaining admission into OAU. As many of them may eventually be denied of admission into part 1 (if they score below 60% at the end of the programme) while others may be throwned into a course which they never dreamt of. The pre degree campus is located at Moro Ife north local government about few km to the main campus at Ile ife. What do you see to this hike?

I will go and print my oath form, medical and history exams form and clinic biodata form. I think the hostel accomodation slip will be available only after we pay.

I still haven't seen the "Pay your fees through Interswitch Webpay" icon on my portal. Have you seen it on yours?

Chisom, at all oh. I just tried to download the Registration Package with my laptop and it's not downloading. Each time I click on the "Download Registration Package" icon, the page keeps reloading.

nah oo..some guys were also 212,500K.. The difference is the accomodation fee.. D accomodation fee for those with 177,500K is 30k while those for 212,500K is 70K..I guess 212,500K hostel will be better than 177,500K..
