I have no link yet ( I haven't began searching). I just want to know if it's possible for items to reach Nigeria in or less than 7days after the seller delivers to your US address. Some sellers give a warranty period of 14days or so, just want to be sure I can get the item and access it before the window closes.

It's strange that someone who has time to play with custom roms suddenly has no time to fix. hmmn.

Since you were playing with a custom ROM, it's only logical i conclude you must have installed twrp recovery(or didn't you? ) and made a back-up. Boot into twrp recovery and flash the backup.

I don't want to mention my EXACT budget due to bargaining reasons. But my budget range lies between 50-500k.

I didn't mention budget because I am confident I can pay the right price if I see what I want.
