They are said to be caused by bunches of collagen and blood vessels which are trapped inside thicker bits of skin.
Are the skin tags so long? the only way to get rid of them at home is through destructive treatment like tying off with a thread or suture.

I think FUNBEAUT A contain steriods/hydroquinone cos the moment i stopped usinf the soap, i got dark. Though it really lightened me.

Hello dear. the one i used was the transparent one sold for N350. The one you used is the smaller one, although they are both from same makers.

I really didn't notice stretch marks on me tho....But i guess it has tendencies of causing them.

Just concentrate more on the darker areas while rubbing cream. It'll help. Or better still, use more active creams on darker areas, creams like caro tone black spot corrector ca help

This is particularly caused by UV rays from the sun. seems you wear short sleeves too much. Switch to wearing long sleeves or better still, if you are using a skin lightening cream reduce the amount you apply on your upper arm
