Phoenix619: How do you flash it?Boot into cwm recovery, wipe cache and wipe data then go to install sd from sd card then choose zip, locate the zip and install, after installation complete reboot |

chrisluwi: here I bring to you guys the free and easy wayOnce it gets to recovery you can backup your phone by using your volume buttons to scroll down to backup and restore then enter using ur power button, then go to backup and enter, have at least 2gb space free on your memory card, after backup go back and enter reboot now your phone would reboot dats all, you can now restore with the backup you saved if your phone gets bricked 1 Like |

uteee: Pls whr shuld i place ma real racing 3 file?If inside the folder its a .obb file then place the folder in android/obb, if you don't see obb folder create one, if its not an obb file then place the folder in android/data, and if your game is crashing on your wifi and try it again |

tohby2: av u actually tried it I use a opsson is it safe I use itThe recovery.img file is for m3 and not opsson so you can't use it, u need to get the cwm recovery img for your phone then flash it |

Codedboy95: I don't actually know the need of rooting this phone cos when I rooted mine, it started lagging not that the lagging was that obvious but any1 daht handled my phone right before I rooted and after I rooted it will know something is wrong .well I later unrooted it and my phone is back to her normal state. so I just want to ask if you guys experience something after you rooted your phoneNo |

busar: Whatd d next step after flashing i.e how can i backup my rom with this?Off your phone then boot into recovery by pressing the power button and volume down button together till you see cwm recovery then use your volume buttons to scroll down to backup and restore use your power button to enter then go to backup then enter it would backup, mk sure you have like 2gb free space on your memory card before you backup, backup may take 15minutes,after backup complete go back and reboot then in your memory card you will see clockworkmod folder inside it you will see your backup |

Ay92: I've always heard about this cfw recovery, please can you explain it to me in simple English?Its not the same as rooting, it can backup your rom, apps and data, you can flash anoda rom or scripts on your phone, can unbrick your phone if you already backed up by restoring your backup, and like someone said make a little research on goggle |

koyla: my advise for you guys is to follow the instructions well and do a backup as well. I recently took the risk and flashed cwm recovery with the help of nandroid manager to my huawei ascend y210, am now totally in control of my phone, changing fonts and doing other stuffs without thinking of 'brick', thanks to cwm.img. my question is, can this gionee p2 cwm.img work on other phones? thanks .No o, you need to get the recovery.img for the phone you want to use, not the default recovery.img but the one in recovery folder in mtk droid tools folder |
