Pls can someone tell me,abt d ministry of interior web,dat we ve uploaded our cvs since Dec,wil start workin on it?

Sorry,pls can some one tell me,dis issue of appointment letter from civil defence,is it for those dat apply tru ministry of interior web last yr or what?pls i need more explanation
