The simple answer is that 'one Nigeria' is a fraud! One Nigeria means that any Nigerian can aspire to any political office, anywhere in Nigeria. Wether that Nigerian gets elected is a different issue

But if Zik wants to aspire to lead Northern Region, Western Region, Eastern Region, he is allowed to do that. It's for those Region's to vote who they wish.
