From your pictures, that's a 2WD 4runner. It doesn't have a transfer switch(knob) that every 4WD should have.

Have you tried changing the battery on the handheld electronic key fob. I advice you should do that first.

Bros my car doesn't vibrate at all. And my fuel consumption is sstill on point. Trust me I went round lagos looking for the best hands. Dey all told me manual compressor. Can 5 diff specialist be all wrong at a time? I was even at a workshop where I saw 4 different muscles that thier compressors were being changed to manual. The O2 sensor regulates the outflow of gas from the compressor. Once it's bad, it works n stop. That's why op's ac chills at times. That was the problem of my car too.

You are right actually. I did the same thing on my 2007 Toyota camry XLE V6 and it's working perfectly fine for almost one year now. Though I settled for a brand new densor compressor that was used in the previous generation camry. Although they may have connect a relay circuit to control the external A/C fan to work the way it was designed to work. That sensor in the original compressor also controls the external fan.
Meanwhile, I don't think that sensor is called an O2 sensor.

The Rivers monorail that you are talking about was conceived and it's construction commenced (although it's still under construction) while governor Amechi was still in PDP. So it actually has nothing to do with political party. Think about it the governor hasn't done much since he moved to APC.
So it boils down to the individual and his desire to deliver the dividends of democracy.

The Rivers State Governor, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi, has said that contrary to President Goodluck Jonathan’s claim, the President is not interested in a free and fair election.

Amaechi, who was reacting to soldiers’ occupation of the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium ahead of the Jonathan’s political campaign in the state on Wednesday, said the action of the President was an indication that he (Jonathan) was opposed to democratic norms.

The governor, who spoke in Government House in Port Harcourt on Sunday, explained that it was wrong for President Jonathan to order soldiers to take over the state-owned stadium, even when approval was not given by the state government.

He argued that a President should have respected the position of the state government in an ideal federation, particularly after telling the Peoples Democratic Party to use the Liberation Stadium.

Amaechi said, “Why is the President insisting on using the Adokiye Amiesamaka Stadium after we have told the PDP that work is currently going on there? It is unfortunate that the President is preaching one thing and doing another thing.

“If the President is truly interested in the conduct of a free and fair election, why did he order armed soldiers to forcefully take over a state government-owned facility when it was not given to him or the PDP?

“Why should a President elected in a democratic election, serving under a democratic dispensation order soldiers to take over a state-owned stadium? In an ideal federation, the President is supposed to respect our position, essentially after we asked them to use the Liberation Stadium at Elekahia, in Port Harcourt City.”

In a related development, the state PDP Chairman, Mr. Felix Obuah, confirmed the party’s readiness to use the Adokiye Amiesamaka Stadium on Wednesday.

Obuah said in a statement signed by his Special Adviser, Media, Mr. Jerry Needam, that the reason given by Amaechi on why he refused the party’s request to use the stadium was unacceptable.

The state PDP chairman argued that the stadium was built with state funds, maintaining that the facility was only conceptualised when Amaechi was a member of the PDP.

He, however, challenged the governor to name any capital project that he implemented since he defected to the APC in November 2013.

Obuah told members and supporters of the PDP to turn out in their large number to welcome the presidential campaign train in continuation of President Jonathan’s bid to earn a second term.

Personally I thought Amaechi's concern should have been how to make sure that activities in Portharcourt are not disrupted by the presidential campaign rally.
Because asking PDP to conduct the presidential rally at Liberation Stadium which is at heart of portharcourt will only result to untold hardship to the ordinary people going about their daily businesses due to the traffic gridlock that will follow.

I doubt if he cares otherwise he should have allowed them to use the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium which is closer to the airport and off the heart of town.
Unless he just wants to score some cheap political point.

You actually forgot that when crude oil was $119 per barrel the landing cost of PMS was almost N140 per litre @ N155 for $1. Hence, the need for govt subsidy for the pump price to be N97.

However, with revenue shortfall which has resulted in the weaker value of the naira and the mere fact that we were buying PMS at a subsidised rate means that there was no way the pump price of PMS will drop down the way we would expect it to drop.

The only thing we Nigerians should do is to know how money is being spent as subsidy during this period that crude oil is below $50 as compared to how much was spent the time crude was $119.

Moreover, to be fair to president Jonathan he insisted on the removal of subsidy in January 2012 but we Nigerians resisted it.

PDP/APC are just two sides of the same coin.
That's my own sincere contribution.
