But what i was trying to correct is, this particular fraud is not the reason the USDT.NGN pair was delisted from exchange platforms or bank accounts restricted from cryptto transactions. Because that seems to be what the original poster was trying to say.

Let us even accept the calibration for Venezuela's crude oil. Is the refinery functioning? The answer is no. But billions of Naira is spent on the refinery yearly and some people are being paid as workers in the refinery.

The workers get promoted, salary rise, foreign trip and courses for being unproductive.
