And you southerners that are rejoicing over this, just know that the moment US invade Northern Nigeria, majority of them, especially those terrorists will find shelters in the South, and you can't stop people at war zone to enter peaceful areas in the same country. The Igbos hate hearing the word "We are one Nigeria, because of Biafra issue, the Igbos refuse to forgive Nigeria till tomorrow and it will forever linger on, the Yorubas especially in Lagos accommodate the Igbos to the extend that the population of the Igbos in Lagos are even more than the Yorubas the owners of the state, but in the East, the threat of Biafra agitations, unfriendly behavior of the Igbos towards the Yoruba and the Hausas does not allow us to stay, enjoy the land, even many companies, including the company I worked with in Abia have folded up, some have "japa" , relocated to South West, Lagos and Ogun State where there is peace, you will see companies having only show room in Port Harcourt, but their main factories are in Lagos and Ogun, because of these insecurity issues, kidnapping of their staff, destruction of their facilities, excess demand of son of the soil extortion, etc. Those are the evidences that the Yorubas are not as tribalistic and online ranting as you are as you claim, we are peaceful and accommodating. Look for an elderly man in the village and report to him. In most villages, seeing list is free except the intending husband decided to drop something. When I got my own list, it was my wife brother who photocopied and gave me. You can get the list from anyone. You can look for any lady that recently got married in your village and ask her to collect the list from her husband.

But I will advice that what ever you do, ensure that your uncle knows that what he's doing is wrong, else if you get the list without him, during negotiation he might be insisting on paying high amount on certain items on that list just to get back to you and your fiance.
