Omo this is where I prefer SCOTUS aka Supreme Court of the United States. They will release the opinion on the Court's website and at the same time the Justice that wrote the opinion will read the judgment to those present at the Court but since it has been released online everyone of us will just download it and read and get a sense of the judgment simultaneously as the Justice is reading it.
But in Nigeria, we are waiting on Justice Tsammani. In American court opinions, the thing is even clear if you read Justice Elena Kagan's opinion you don't need to be an American lawyer to understand her point. In Nigeria na just grammar boring us on something you will still strike out on technicality.
