Why should NNPCL command IOCs to sell crude to dangote when it has statutory 450,000 barrels monthly.


NNPCL used its own statutory 450,000 barrels to collect loan. Or probably trying to reserve it for Portharcout refinery.

From all indications, dangote himself is refusing to release petrol waiting for his own selfish interests to be met.

All of them are playing Nigerians because we are seen as market instead of human.
