- Analyze financial data for deficient controls, duplicated efforts, extravagance, fraud or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. Ensure all noted errors are immediately reported to the MD.
- Conduct a monthly review and reconciliation of inter-company accounts, including reconciliation of all ledgers and sub-ledgers. Take remedial action to correct noted inconsistencies or refer same to the MD.
- Identify and implement approved continuous improvement strategies for the company’s financial policies and procedures to further strengthen and improve the company’s overall operation and effectiveness.
- Supervise daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts for the company and take proactive measures to address noted variance. Prepare and submit reconciliation report weekly and monthly to Management for review and necessary action.

VACANCY: GRAPHICS DESIGNER

We're a multifaceted entertainment and marketing platform that helps connect brands to new and existing markets through a versatile comedy channel, informative content and a strong online media presence.

We currently seek a creative Graphics Designer to create engaging graphics for our target audience.

Key responsibilities include;

 Liaise with the content team to execute final designs/clients brief.
 Create engaging designs, and graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.
 Develop concepts, graphics, illustrations and layouts using design software.
 Use appropriate colours and layouts for designs.
 Amend designs after feedback.
 Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Qualification / Experience;

 Proven graphic designing experience.
 A compelling portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
 Proficient with design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator etc.)
 A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
 Sound communications skills.
