Hello house, I am a father of three children and I mistakenly got my wife pregnant again which I don't want and I've told her to let get rid of it because the pregnancy is just two weeks old and it is yet to form but she insisted that she's going to born it.

The problem with ARV's is that they cost a lot of money to make, and since the primary consumer is poor african governments, they no go make enough profit, which is why WHO, NGO's and some of the world's rich men subsidise them, but at the end, not enough profit.

As an example, the latest ARV in town, which can be taken twice a year at least , south Africa and the drug company negotiated on the price. It took 2 years to get the drug company to agree to a lower price than they originally planned. Making it in Africa would be financially ruinious for the drug company.

If someone was owning a drug company in nigeria and had a choice between ARV and paracetamol manufacture, na paracetamol im go do. It makes profit. Nigerians love paracetamol, doctors prescribe it by the hundreds of thousands of millions every month. ARV No get that reach.

We should make it.
We should invest in the education and infrastructure.
